If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 8j8 support immediately and change your password without delay.
Your 8j8 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure.
In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, 8j8 requires all players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before withdrawals are processed and, in some cases, before certain deposit thresholds are reached.
KYC verification requires submission of the following documents:

Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted subject to availability. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
The minimum deposit at 8j8 is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger additional KYC review. Deposits are credited to your 8j8 account balance in real time for GCash and PayMaya, and within 1–3 business hours for bank transfers, subject to the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution. 8j8 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business hours for GCash and PayMaya during standard operating hours, and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. 8j8 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 in a single transaction or ₱200,000 in a rolling 30-day period.
Players must not fund their 8j8 accounts using payment methods belonging to third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 8j8 will notify the Player via registered email prior to applying any dormancy administration fee. Dormancy fees, where applicable, will not reduce the account balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting 8j8 customer support and completing any required re-verification.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 8j8 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in eligible games before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Real-money balance is used before bonus balance in all wagering calculations unless otherwise stated.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the requirement. Where bonus abuse is detected, 8j8 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account without prior notice.
8j8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use by a Player at the time of the change, except where required by PAGCOR regulatory direction.
All games available on the 8j8 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested and verified by accredited third-party laboratories. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by 8j8 or any player. If a Player is disconnected from the platform during an active game round, the game will continue to its natural conclusion according to the game's programmed logic. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8j8 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:
8j8 reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) the Player's account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; (c) the Player has provided false information; or (d) suspension is required by PAGCOR direction or applicable Philippine law.
Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any outstanding investigation. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 8j8 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Players who have activated a self-exclusion period may not request account reopening until the self-exclusion period has expired.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact 8j8 customer support to seek an informal resolution. 8j8 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 15 business days of receiving a formal written complaint. Where a dispute relates to PAGCOR-regulated activities, Players may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
8j8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by PAGCOR direction or applicable law.
Your continued use of the 8j8 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.3.
